Used on wet barrel fire hydrants to protect male hose threads and prevent entry of foreign matter.
- Also suitable for use with dry hydrant systems
- High impact yellow polycarbonate
- Female hose thread
- 1-1/8” pentagonal nut with breath hole
- 1-3/4″ pentagonal nut available on 2-1/2″ and 4″ caps
- Available as a cap only or with 12″ galvanized chain with “S” hook
